The Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research college building is established in a G+3 floors building.

The College Administrative Building is housed in a Separate Block and Dept. of Biochemistry, Physiology & Community Medicine are housed in the ground floor and Anatomy, Microbiology, Pathology in the first floor. Forensic Medicine & Pharmacology are in Second floor. 4 Lecture Halls with 180 capacity of Gallery type are housed in the First and Second floor of the College Building

The Para-clinical departments are positioned in the first floor.

A spacious and well ventilated library with medlar and other facilities is accommodated in a separate block in the college building.
